- Offering from 384kbps to 4mbps
- Local only access only allows access to websites and services hosted within South Africa
- Often used for VPN solutions such as our WoADSL offering
- Different usage limit caps can be purchased and upgraded easily during the month
- Upgrades during the month will not alter your purchased package unless you upgrade your monthly package
- View and update your account online
- Receive various reports to keep you updated with your ADSL usage
- ADSL - Local & International Access
- Forming part of the "Broadband" family of Internet Access
- Most popular Internet Access solution
- Offering from 384kbps to 4mbps
- Allows access to all websites, services and content within South Africa and the rest of the world
- Different usage limit caps can be purchased and upgraded easily during the month
- Upgrades during the month will not alter your purchased package unless you upgrade your monthly package
- View and update your account online
- Receive various reports to keep you updated with your ADSL usage
- Very often used with our WoADSL service.
- ADSL Uncapped
- Forming part of the "Broadband" family of Internet Access
- Offering from 384kbps to 4mbps
- Allows access to all websites, services and content within South Africa and the rest of the world
- Provides ADSL access with no monthly download limit
- Also provides static IP addresses
- Diginet & Frame Express
- Classified as "Leased Line" services
- Various lines speeds are available from 64kpbs and up in increments of 64kbps
- Higher monthly cost - but is justified by dedicated (non shared service) and up-time assurances
- Primarily used for point-to-point links
- Fixed Wireless
- Solution can be provided to reproduce ADSL or Diginet type services
- Cost could vary based on the type of service required
- Primarily used where services like ADSL is not available
- Often used for shorter links for building to building links for various needs such as data, inter-campus connections, surveillance, etc
- Unless being used for Internet Access, this option often does not include monthly charges
- Mobile Wireless
- For people on the go
- Data charges are higher than most other forms of Internet Access, but is justified by the extreme mobility and "connect almost anywhere" concept
- Service speeds range from 28kbps up to 3mbps
- Type of services include EDGE,3G & HSDPA
- Sometimes also used for backup links
- Satellite
- Various speed of service from 16kbps upwards to different maximum speeds based on the product and technology
- High cost of service, but is justified by global coverage and very quick installation
- Primarily a fixed base service, but mobile options are also available
- Very popular throughout Africa and in most remote areas across the world.
