- Remote support is obviously the quickest support you could possibly get, because it means that no matter where our support engineers are, they can get into your network and fix the problem, or at the very least diagnose the problem to either stunt it, or get to you as quick as possible, knowing what the likely problem is.
- On-site support
- Our support engineers can take care of all your physical requirements, add to your network our infrastructure, repair physical problems and more. On-site support can either be part of your contract, or only if and when remote access is not possible.
- Weekly / Monthly maintenance
- Weekly and Monthly Maintenance is a choice that every company should be making. Just as with anything else, maintenance reduces breakages, which reduces cost, which reduces downtime, which again reduces cost, and so we can continue. Depending on the size of your network, or the intricacies of your network, together we would determine whether a weekly or monthly, or perhaps even bi-monthly maintenance plan is best suited for you.
- Remote maintenance
- Remote maintenance is an offering that is very well accepted by most companies as a good place to start. Here, we on at least a weekly basis log into your network, and check the activities of your servers, anti-virus updates, backups, etc. These are tasks that are also performed during weekly or monthly onsite maintenance visit, but having it done remotely, can show dramatic savings on cost. Remember, remote means no call out fee and no travel fee, and since it is done from our office, there are more often more people that can assist on your network at the same time. This is truly a great offering to any business.
- On-demand support / maintenance
- If you feel your network is too small, or your IT requirements just don't warrant any weekly or monthly regime, or you might just need someone to take care of the higher level duties while you take care of the general day to day duties of your network, then make use of us for on-demand support or maintenance.
